Welcome to our new custom built application, Item Lifecycle Management. This was built to as an internal effort to replace Lotus Notes which was presenting many issues as it aged. The user interface and user experience (UI/UX) have been designed with this legacy application in mind. This means that hopefully you, the user of this application, will find the change to be a lot easier to absorb and minimal in impact. Well if that's the case please reach out to me using the email above. Normally you will request access using the service portal in Service Now. This will allow you to select it as an option and automate the flow to your manager for approval. Once approved, your account will be added to a pre-approved list of employees who can login.
